Automobile manufacturer sets up new car producing factory

The northern bourse-listed TMT Automobile Joint Stock Co planned to open a new TMT car manufacturing Co Ltd with chartered capital of 50 billion dong.
In details, TMT automobile HSC held 100 percent of the new company's chartered capital. The company's head office was located in Dinh Tra hamlet, Gia Pham commune, Yen My St, Hung Yen province.
The new company operates in fields of manufacturing, installing, trading and repairing motorcycles and cars, trading materials, spare parts of means of transportation, carrying out construction on industrial works, traffic road and irrigation.
The company planned to hold annual shareholders meeting on April 28 in Cuu Long Automobile Manufacturing Factory at km 23+500, National Highway No 5, Trung Trac Commune, Van Lam Dist, Hung Yen province.
