Thaco Truong Hai introduces two new cars to Vietnamese market

On 31 October In Hanoi, during the Vietnam Auto & Petrol 2009 Exhibition which is being held from October 28 to November 1, Thaco Truong Hai Group introduces two new cars to Vietnamese market including Cerato Koup and New Sorento.
Containing the form of its sedan sibling New Cerato, but with unique features to create the right image of a coupe, Cerato Koup is equipped with new 2.0 liter Theta gasoline engine from Huyndai-Kia Corporation. Besides, it fully satisfies users advanced leading safety systems with dual airbags in front seats, anti-lock brakes systems (ABS), electronic stability program system (ESP-TCS)… The price for Cerato Koup is 595 million VND.
New Sorento is really a symbol of Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV) by spacious dimension 4.658 m long, 1.885 m wide and 1.71 m high (a little longer and lower than the previous model). In the version for Vietnamese market, the car is equipped with 2 types of engine: 2.4 liter Theta gasoline and R 2.2 liter diesel. The Group announces the price for New Sorento is 807 million VND.
Currently, the 12-year-old Thaco is one of the leading installing and importing automobile companies within Vietnam with over 40 showrooms and service/maintenance stations along the nation. It has also participated in many social activities, friendly-environmental projects, creating thousand of job for local citizens.
