2010-0702
Honda Motor Co said on Tuesday it would lift its
production capacity for motorcycles in Vietnam by 500,000 units to 2 million a
year through an investment of about $70 million.
Honda, the world’s biggest motorcycle maker, said
it would double capacity at one of its two motorcycle factories in Vietnam to
meet fast-growing demand. The added capacity will be available by the latter
half of 2011, it said in a statement.
