Honda Vietnam launches PCX 125 scooter
Honda Vietnam, the leading
motorcycle maker in Vietnam, has launched the locally assembled PCX 125 scooter
with a suggested price of about VND50 million per unit (VAT included).
PCX 125 – which is designed as
Honda’s strategic global standard scooter targeting Europe, Japan and some
Asian countries – comes with a 4-stroke engine, a built-in liquid cooling
system and a PGM FI system.
The PCX’s Idling Stop System
enables the motorcycle to travel for an additional distance of 3.7 km per liter
of petrol, so the overall fuel efficiency reaches 51.5 km per liter of gasoline
based on an internal test.
It is the first Honda Vietnam
scooter to feature an anti-theft alarm system which allows the owner to find
the location of his/her bike with the answer back signal and sound.
Honda Vietnam will officially
launch PCX 125 nationwide through Honda’s Exclusively Authorized Dealers (HEAD)
this Saturday.
The scooter has four colors –
black, white, red and gold.
