Pham Gia becomes distributor of Chrysler vehicles

Pham Gia Auto Company last night opened a showroom for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles in HCMC after the company had made a deposit of some US$2 million to become an official distributor of the U.S.-based Chrysler Group.
Pham Truong Ho, director of Pham Gia, told the Daily on Thursday that besides the opening of the 7,000-square-meter showroom in Tan Tuc Town of HCMC's Binh Chanh District, Pham Gia also signed a contract with the U.S. automaker to send Pham Gia’s workers to Indonesia and Australia for technical training.
Pham Gia, which has some 300 workers, is specializing in repairing and maintaining various kinds of autos in HCMC.
