Honda Vietnam plans to produce 2.3m motorbikes in 2012

Honda Vietnam Co (HVN) has lately introduced the new, strategic motorbike model called Wave RSX with the production output target of 2.3 million units in 2012.
Koji Onishi, Honda Vietnam's general director revealed that last year, the company reported producing 2.03 million units, accounting for 61 percent of total market share among the foreign-invested enterprises.
In the new version released in 2012, the retail price for Wave RSX brake disk rim spoke version is 19.79 million dong and for alloy disc brake version of 21.29 million dong (VAT excluded).
When being first introduced in April 2008, the offered price was 15.9 million dong and 17.9 million dong respectively.
