2012-0508
General Motors (GM) Vietnam has announced its industry-first free maintenance program, Chevrolet Special Care, in a bid to help Chevrolet owners offset rising vehicle registration fees and other ownership costs.
This is a limited time offer to customers who purchase a new Chevrolet Spark, Chevrolet Captiva or Chevrolet Orlando starting from April 10.
Upon registration under Chevrolet Special Car, for two years from the vehicle’s retail invoice date or 50,000 kilometers, owners will receive free replacement of parts and free labor during scheduled maintenance and repair at authorized GM Vietnam service centers.
In addition, to Chevrolet Special Care for the month of April, purchasers of Chevrolet vehicles between April 10 and April 30 will be offered 100% physical insurance for two years for the vehicle and support in ownership tax.
The program is being applied to many Chevrolet models offered in Vietnam. It will save customers over VND31.5 million on ownership tax and about VND19.6 million on insurance.
The tag line of the campaign is that all the customers pay for 2 years is fuel/gasoline. The major promotion reaffirms the confidence of GM Vietnam in the quality of its new-generation Chevrolets and will build Chevrolet’s “customer centric” image via its service quality, the company said in a statement.
