Toyota Vietnam recalls faulty cars

Toyota Vietnam begins recalling 72 cars to replace faulty automatic gearboxes following the approval by the Vietnam Registration Agency.
According to Toyota Vietnam, the wrong lubricant was used in gearboxes of four models including Camry 2.4, Corolla Altis 2.0, Corolla Altis 1.8 and Vio G, which were manufactured from January 9 - 12.
Owners of these cars will be asked to bring their vehicles to services centres to replace the faulty gearboxes free of charge, the carmaker announced.
Toyota warned that the cars could suddenly stop working if gearboxes are not replaced.
